Check-in time?
Our standard check-in time is 14:30. While we cannot guarantee that your room will be available for early check-in on the day of your arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate your request for early access to the room ahead of the standard check-in time.
Please find below the conditions for early check-in:
Early check-in is subject to room availability and readiness on your check-in date.
Early check-in after 9:30 AM is complimentary.
Early check-in between 5:30 AM and 9:30 AM will incur a fee equal to 50% of the room rate.
Check-in earlier than 5:30 AM is possible only if you book the previous day.
Check-out time?
We have a limited number of rooms, which can be booked at the last minute. For this reason, we may not be able to accommodate late check-out requests. However, on the day of your departure, you can contact the hotel reception to see if you can extend your check-out by up to two hours. Our standard check-out time is 11:30.
You are welcome to spend time in our restaurant until your transfer vehicle arrives. We will also be happy to provide you with a place to shower, change your clothes, and a secure location to store your luggage.
Parking Information and Directions to the Old Town
Please let us know your arrival time at the hotel so that we can organize one of our employees to welcome you. Your flight details could also be useful for us to track your arrival time on the airport website.
Our hotel is in the old town, where traffic is restricted, but cars dropping off hotel guests are allowed at any time. After unloading your luggage, you can park at the paid lot (1.2 km away) https://maps.app.goo.gl/hkdbmSbwnt74Ls8t5 or you may find free parking https://maps.app.goo.gl/1XachAzLYTPStyHx8?g_st=iw, though it’s a slightly longer walk.
You can then stroll through the antiques, take the tractor shuttle, or use the paid golf cars for easier access to the old town. The shuttle or the golf car drops you 300 meters from the hotel.
We would like to remind you that you can upgrade to the half-board package (including dinner and breakfast) at the reception upon your arrival for an additional fee.

Airport Transfers
We work with a transfer company for the transfers of our guests. (Subject to their availability)
One-way private transfer from Antalya Airport to the hotel: €/$45 (approx. 70 minutes).
Round-trip private transfer: €/$90 (payable in cash directly to the driver).
Your driver will meet you outside the airport exit, holding a sign with your name.
If you would like to arrange an airport transfer, please send the names of both passengers and your flight details.
Internet connection
All of our rooms and communal spaces are equipped with free high-speed internet access.
Beaches in Side Old Town
Our hotel does not have a private beach. However, there are three public beaches in the old town, one of which is directly in front of our hotel and costs just €3.00 per person. At this beach, no additional purchases are required, and you can enjoy the sun loungers and showers for the entire day.
Alternatively, there are private beaches within walking distance of Nomad Boutique Hotel, though they typically require a minimum expenditure on food and drinks.

Half Board - Dinner
The dinner section of our Half Board offering is designed to provide variety and keep things interesting. This menu changes frequently, ensuring as many options as possible with every meal. While inspired by our regular menu, it offers slight variations.
Here’s a summary of your dining experience:
• Start: A liter of bottled water will be provided, along with a selection of fresh breads, such as pita, sourdough, or Turkish flatbread, served with olive oil dip or butter. This will be followed by a meze platter and a salad with several options to choose from.
• Main Course: The main course typically includes fish, chicken, or beef dishes, either grilled or served in local stews. It is usually accompanied by a side, such as pasta, rice, buckwheat, or a similar option.
• Dessert: To finish, we offer a selection of desserts or a fresh fruit platter with seasonal options, depending on your preference.

Cancellation Policy
At Nomad Boutique Hotel, a premier boutique hotel in Side, you can cancel your reservation free of charge within 24 hours of booking and up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
As our boutique hotel has only 21 rooms, reselling a canceled room can be challenging. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to our cancellation policy to help us manage our limited availability effectively.
